Manager Land Survey
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of boundary layout (Tippani), Amenities, park, Nala, Bailas, Roads and identify Karaab land etc. as per Revenue Survey
• Working alongside the HOD in developing residential layout designs from inception to completion.
• Finalization of boundaries based on survey records and physical land survey.
• Creating a survey sketch based on the physical survey and revenue records.
• Preliminary Layout Design (Master Plan) in AutoCAD in accordance with Zonal Regulations, Planning Authorities, and Government Norms (for example, BDA, BMRDA, MUDA, BIAAPA)
• Coordination with the Liaison team and preparation of modification plan as and when required.

Requirement:
1. Diploma/Degree in Survey
2. Experience : 6+Yeats
3. Strong knowledge of residential layout design and CAD drafting.
4. A thorough understanding of survey records, drawings, and revenue records.
5. In-depth understanding of contour maps, sketching, and levels.
6. Understanding of Zonal Regulations, CDP, and Master Plans Issued by the Planning Authority (BDA, MUDA, BMRDA, BIAAPA, BMICAP etc….)
7. Good Knowledge in Land survey, Contour survey using total station and Latest Survey techniques.
