Job Responsibilities:-
• Act as the point of contact among CEO and staff
• Relationship building with clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage CEO’s calendars and set up meetings acc.
• Prepare reports.
• Create PowerPoint presentations when need be.
• Format information for internal communication
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
• Keep note of all CEO tasks and set up reminders acc.
• Keep track of email.
Skills:-
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Warm personality and dress code a must.
• Tech-Savvy and experience with MS Office (Excel/ Word and PowerPoint) and email programs
• Active listening and good communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to multitask
• Strong time-management and organization skills
