Responsibilities deliverables: -
1. Data sourcing and Management
2. Sales Meetings
3. Sales Proposals
4. Sales conversion
5. Coordination with Vendors/ suppliers
6. Coordination with Operation Team & Site Inspection Engineers
Task and Activities: -
* Data Sourcing and Management: -
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker of events from the HR and Marketing departments of companies in the business of Automotive, Chemical, Pharma, IT, Hospitality, FMCG, Steel, Oil & Gas (Onshore as well Offshore).
- Maintaining the data base on the internal templates of the organization
* Sales Meetings: -
- Preparing a meeting via structured research about target client
- Having effective sales meetings in order to:
- Understand the events ecosystem of the client
- Position Company as the best choice for the client
- Generate requirements for company product & service range from the clients
* Sales Proposals: -
- Create presentations based on the client requirements
- Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and pre-event Profit & Loss
* Sales Conversion: -
- Negotiate win-win deals
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
* CLIENT Co-ordination: -
- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of product installation/ submission of reports
* Co-ordination with Vendors/ Suppliers:-
- Establishing policies to govern suppliers
- Negotiating and agreeing upon legal contracts between the company and its suppliers
- Suppliers produce goods and services in line with agreed expectations
- Contracts with suppliers match business needs
- Targets in contracts with suppliers align with targets set by the company
- Managing relationships with suppliers as well as overall supplier performance
