Job Description -
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product development life cycle, including design, development, testing, manufacturing, quality assurance, production marketing sales and customer support.
• Develop new products to meet customer needs through technical analysis, research and/or demonstrations.
• Provide engineering leadership for R&D projects in collaboration with other engineers on project teams.
• Analyze data from various sources such as test results, specifications and market trends.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that improve performance or reduce costs.
