Role: Project Engineer Civil
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 yrs in high rise/commercial constructions (2 yrs with Sobha preferably).
1. Familiar with CAD and other ERP software packages.
2. Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
3. Great leadership and organizational skills.
4. Project management skills & critical thinking skills to projects.
Job Description
1. Managing whole project individually.
2. Undertaking surveys & setting out sites.
3. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
4. Supervising contracted staff.
5. Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
6. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
7. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
8. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
9. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
