 Should have excellent communication in English & Kannada
 To provide correct and latest information about the projects to the client.
 Regular follow up on allocations & references.
 Regular feedback to the marketing team on the received allocations.
 Handle In-bound and outbound calls on a rotating basis
 Understand client requirements and provide project details
 Convincing clients to visit Site and fix site visits
 Continuous follow ups on enquiries generated from various sources
 Convert enquiries to leads
 Achieve site visit target & Update in ERP software
 Ensure on the site visit bills, enquiry number to be written before sending to the accounts department for the payments
 Ensures all the Site visits process is IT enabled (where applicable)
