Role: Planning Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2-3 yrs experience.

1. Should have work experience as a planning engineer on Primavera P6.
2. Should be able to develop, monitor and control cost and resource loaded schedules.
3. Should be able to generate procurement schedule and provide reports on productivity, cost and schedules.
4. Should be able to capture and analyse delays and provide recommendations for extension of time.
5. Should visit site on weekly basis and capture/review progress of work and update it on P6
6. Support the Project Manager and Project team with information to execute the project in time and within the budget allocated.
7. Preparation of Project Schedule using Primavera, covering the entire scope and within defined timelines.
8. Calculating Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement (of various trades) & Machinery Requirement.
9. Plan for the budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document, monitor the expenses & Create Cash flow analysis.
10. Coordinate with various departments like Engineering, Procurement & Quality.
11. Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project.
12. Create variance reports at various stages of the project to analyze deviations.
13. Create Project Closing Reports and Learning’s.
