Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Flight Ticket Bookings
2. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
3. Coordination with internal team and update on Projects
4. Prepare and manage correspondence reports and documents
5. Maintain schedules and calendars
6. Arrange and confirm appointments
7. Set up and maintain filing systems
8. Maintain databases
9. Liaison with internal and external contacts
10. Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
11. Provide general administration support

Education qualification: Secretarial course from reputed college/ Graduation
Work Experience: 1+ yrs

Skills Required
1) Excellent communication skills
2) Excellent administration and computer skills (MS Office suite)
3) Pro-active and confidential approach is essential
4) Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
5) Flexible in Timings
