Job Description:

Preparation of Delivery order – Import – All terminals
Making Invoice, sending quotation.
Documentation for the clearance of goods and follow up with CHAs.
Coordinating with customers for payment follow up.
Making different corresponding letters and filing import documents.
Prepare Purchase orders, shipment tracking.
Prepare Invoices, Packing Lists COOs and ingredient lists according to buyer and country specific requirements.
Preparing Vouchers and Calculations sheet for the payment of Duty.
Follow up with DGFT agent for approval and redemption and closure of Advance�Licenses.
