Manager Land Survey
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Should have strong knowledge of Topographical survey (Revenue Survey)
• Preparation of boundary layout (Tippani), Amenities, park, Nala, Bailas, Roads and identify Karaab land etc. as per Revenue Survey (Kannada Terminology)
•
• Working alongside the HOD in developing residential layout designs from inception to completion.
• Finalization of boundaries based on survey records and physical land survey.
• Creating a survey sketch based on the physical survey and revenue records.
• Preliminary Layout Design (Master Plan) in AutoCAD in accordance with Zonal Regulations, Planning Authorities, and Government Norms (for example, BDA, BMRDA, MUDA, BIAAPA)
• Coordination with the Liaison team and preparation of modification plan as and when required.
