•T3 - at least 3 yrs. experience
•T4 - 7 up to 10 yrs. experience
•T5- 10 yrs. experience or more

Responsibilities will include:-
T3:
1. Independently complete requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, maintenance and related document writing according to development specifications and processes.
2. Carry out maintenance, reconstruction, optimization, upgrade and other work on existing systems;
3. Cooperate with other members of the team to solve major and difficult problems encountered in software development.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
T4:
1. Able to independently or lead a small team to complete requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, maintenance and related document writing according to development specifications and processes.
2. Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of core functions
3. Training and improving the overall skill level of the team
4. Solving difficult problems encountered in production and locating and solving system performance problems.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
T5 & T6:
1. Able to independently or lead a small team to complete requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, maintenance and related document writing according to development specifications and processes.
2. Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of core functions, and responsible for subsystem architecture design.
3. Training and improving the overall skill level of the team.
4. Solving difficult problems encountered in production, and locating and solving system performance problems.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
6. Lead the team to achieve set goals.
