The primary of this role is to directly manage the day to day activities of Plots Electrical
work at various stages.
• Managing parts of construction projects overseeing layout work Analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications.
• Preparing Estimation, BOQ & Drawings & as built drawings
• Determining the electrical requirements of a given Construction project & managing and monitoring all assigned electrical projects
• Closely coordinate & monitor with any other contractor/ agency appointed by the Management.
• Certification of Sub contractor Bills, Interaction with general contractors etc. Preparation of Daily, Weekly Monthly reports etc.
• Understanding of the contract documents (drawing and specification), phasing plan, Electrical systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
• Assist in the installation of electro- mechanical works for water bodies, Lifts, HVAC etc. Coordination and administration of Electrical related material systems.
• Liaison with Consultant, BESCOM Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff. Ensure that Electrical Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
• Be generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related work at site.
Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, material, consumables,equipment, tools, etc., required for all HT & amp; LT works.
• Manage directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the HT & LT works at site.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on a daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
• Submit site daily reports, inspection requests estimate and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.
• Completing quality assurance on all electrical components and projects, and writing up reports.
