● Customer complaints: Listen to customer complaints in a friendly and professional
manner and resolve their issue within a stipulated time frame (24hrs)
● Manage Google business and ensure to generate Google reviews
● Will be responsible for Managing Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI score)
● Followup: Continuous follow up with customer
● Reports: Prepare reports on customer grievance, CSI score from customers, and share
● Communication: Handle and track customer emails and calls and give professional
support 24/7 on emails and calls
● Record customer information within our customer service database
● Excellent communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers
clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
● Confident, patient, polite, tact and diplomatic, when dealing with difficult situations
● Has a creative thought process and is able to come up with new ideas to improve
customer service standards
● Has organizational and planning skills to develop customer service policies
● Is committed to improving your customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
● Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
● Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
