Position Summary: seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience and extensive knowledge of Tally, sales and purchase processes, stock management, banking procedures, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Financial Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally ERP software.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
2. Sales and Purchase Management:
• Record and process sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Handle purchase orders, invoices, and payments to suppliers.
• Reconcile sales and purchase accounts regularly.
3. Stock Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for stock replenishment.
4. Banking and Financial Transactions:
• Manage banking operations including deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll, vendor payments, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
5. Record Keeping and Compliance:
• Maintain organized records of all financial documents and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing for audits and providing necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software.
• Strong understanding of sales and purchase processes, stock management, and banking procedures.
